Abiding by Antitrust Laws

ASBO International prohibits the posting of:

• any information concerning market shares, salaries, costs, sales territories, or profit margins, or encouraging the selection or rejection of customers or suppliers.
• any language, links, or other remarks that initiate collusion or
other restraint of trade. Discussions of prices in particular are
prohibited, as are recommendations to refuse to do business with any
person or company.
Original Materials
You warrant that you are the creator of any text of other Materials you post, or own the copyright to such Materials, or that the Material is in the public domain, and that such postings will not infringe upon the rights or interests of others.
ASBO International prohibits the posting of:
• any Materials protected by copyright, without written permission of the copyright owner.

• any language, links, or other remarks that are derogatory of any person’s race, age, sex, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or other similar characteristic.
• anything obscene, pornographic, etc.

(ii) information or content posted by the participant to the Blog.
ASBO’s Right to Edit, Move, or Delete Materials
ASBO has the right, but is not obligated, to monitor or review the Blog and any postings. ASBO reserves the right to edit, move, or delete any and all posts or comments on this Blog at ASBO’s sole discretion, particularly if such content may be objectionable, offensive, illegal, or otherwise in breach of these Rules and Conditions. ASBO reserves the right to terminate the access to this Blog of any user who does not abide by these Rules and Conditions.
ASBO’s Use of Materials on the Blog
